Which languages are supported?

NDstorefront™ is currently available in English only, but in the future we will be adding French and Spanish.

What do I need in order to start selling?

In order to open your NDstorefront™, you need:

  • A valid ND license. NDstorefront™ is exclusive to industry professionals.
  • A PayPal account or merchant account to start accepting payments from your customers.
  • A valid credit card to pay for your online store.

Selling Products

Can I sell a product you don’t carry?

Since we manage all the inventory on your store, you cannot post your own products. However, we pride ourselves in the diversity of the brands we carry, so if we’re missing something, we’d love to know!

How do I add products to my store?

You can’t! That’s our job. We make sure your store is always stocked with all the latest products so you don’t have to.

Orders and Shipments

How long will it take for products to be shipped?

The standard order will take 1-3 business days to arrive at your patient’s door.

Who pays shipping?

When your patients place an order through your store they will pay a $5 flat rate for shipping and handling on all orders.

What do I do when I get an order?

  1. When a new order is placed through your store, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. You may login to your store at any time to view the details and status of any orders placed by your customers.
  2. We will confirm the order, and deposit 100% of the revenue into your PayPal or merchant account. We will then charge your credit card on file for the physician cost of the products ordered.
  3. We package up the order and send it to the shipping address provided by your customer. We will also send a notification email to both you and the customer stating that the order has shipped.
  4. Our customer service team will handle any shipping or billing related questions from your customers, and ensure the products are successfully delivered.

In a nutshell, NDstorefront™ is 100% automated so you can focus on what you’re good at: healing patients.

Customizing Your Store

Can I use my own domain name with my NDstorefront™?

Yes! You can integrate NDstorefront™ seamlessly with your existing website by setting up a subdomain, such as shop.drcooper.com. The setup can get a little technical, but we’ll be there to help along the way.

Do I need to be a designer/programmer to set up my shop?

Not at all! Your NDstorefront™ has a modern and professional design that doesn’t require any work on your part. Once you open your store, you’ll have the option of uploading your logo and customizing the site to match your branding and colours.

Accepting Payments

How do I make money?

NDstorefront™ works exclusively with distribution partners who ship products directly to your patients. When your customers purchase products through your store, they pay the retail price and we charge you the physician cost of the product. To better illustrate, here is a sample order:

  1. Your patient purchases a $100 product through your store.
  2. We deposit the full $100 to your PayPal or Merchant Account.
  3. The product is shipped to your patient.
  4. Our distribution partner bills your credit card for the physician cost of the product.

Profit margins between the physician cost and retail price of products range from 30% - 50%.

What methods of payment can my customers use?

Your customers have the option to pay using any valid credit card, or some customers prefer PayPal.

Which countries and currencies are supported by NDstorefront™?

NDstorefront™ is for doctors in Canada and the United States, and both currencies are accepted.

Your Account

What currency will I be billed in?

All Canadian customers will be charged in CAD and US customers will be billed in USD.

Can I close my store at anytime?

Although we would hate to see you leave, there are no long-term commitments and you can close your store at any time.

How can I pay?

We will need a Visa or Mastercard on file, which we will use to bill you for the physician cost of any products ordered by your patients.

Is there a set up fee?

No. There is no setup fee for opening your store.
